Troma Entertainment
Troma is a
film production company that, since the mid
1980s, has been producing low budget
B-movies non-stop. Troma's films have a solid
cult following, and are unique in that they are well known in the mainstream
Hollywood circles even though their films are not mainstream pictures. All of their movies tend to be overtly sexual with high amounts of violence, gore and nudity. They generally incorporate some sort of punk or
punk rock element, and often contain themes of
nuclear power plants (and the mishaps that can go along with them.) Some of their more famous films:
