Mesosphere

The mesospherethat layer, ofEarth's atmosphere, whichdirectly abovestratospheredirectly belowthermosphere. The mesospherelocated 50-80/85km above Earth's surface. Within this layer, temperature decreasesincreasing altitude.

Temperatures inupper mesosphere fall as low as 200K, varying accordinglatitudeseason. Millionsmeteors burn up daily inmesosphere asresultcollisionssome ofbillionsgas particles containedthat layer. The collisions create enough heatburnfalling objectsbeforereachground.
